Building Reliable AI and HPC Infrastructures
Once the infrastructure design is finalized, assembling a cluster requires unique skills. The cluster hardware integration and supporting software stack must be validated, burn-in tested, and optimized to reduce any compatibility issues.
Complex Build-Outs
Racks and clusters contain complex, sensitive components that require careful, experienced in-factory physical layout, assembly, and cabling to properly burn-in a full system.
Meticulous Precision
Structured, step-by-step procedures that include expert pre-production validation of cluster integration and proven performance in order to meet expectations at deployment.
Verified Software Stack
Validated software stack minimizes future compatibility issues and ensures smooth operations and stability before delivery, speeding up time to production deployment and training.

Build Engineering
Specialized full in-factory unit, rack-level and cluster integration capabilities for building and burn-in testing the full assembly of AI clusters and validation of all integrated components by the experts.

Testing and Simulation
In-factory lab environment contains: 4 streets in 2 test pods; 40 racks in parallel; 1.2 megawatts of power combined (208V, 277V, 240V auto-transformers). Liquid cooling also available.

Cluster Validation
Confirm all hardware and firmware is production-ready using automated scripts to test all aspects of the cluster environment and verifying they are reliable and connection-ready upon delivery.
